Our Return Policy

We allow refund only when the product delivered is not same as described, for all other cases only exchange will be done with the same product within 10 days. If exchange is not possible, Refund will be given in the form of 15 Days Store Credit only.

Further conditions for return:

  • To return an item, please email to support@lifestylemegamart.com within Three (3) days from the date of delivery and you will get instructions for return from us. No return requests will be processed after Three (3) days from receipt of item(s).
  • All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • The Product must be retuned within 10 Days of recieving, otherwise the product will not be exchanged.
  • The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box with to and from address clearly written on the box.
  • For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.200 store credit which can be used for future purchases.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge  and Octroi Charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charge

This policy is only for customers in India and we won'€™t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.

You must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition. Items must be unusedunwornunwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable

Footwear:

Article should not be dirty/scratched or have any fold marks

Apparels:

Tags should not be removed. If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.

Lingerie:

Keeping in mind the intimate nature and hygiene standards of certain items, it will not be possible to accept returns on briefs, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery and swimwear, and any other product that includes a brief.

Bags:

If any beads or components were attached to the bag, the same should be intact. There should be no scratches.

Perfumes:

The packet seal must be intact. Perfumes cannot be used and returned.

Jewellery:

If the polish is worn out of any component/crystal is missing, the product cannot be returned.

Conditions for cancellation:

  • Cancellations of orders are allowed only till the item is shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our customer care to assist with you for the same.
  • In case of any exception, at sole discretion of LifestyleMegamart two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:

In exceptional cases refunds will be processed within 15 business days, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-
  • Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card
  • Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account
  • Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer's name (as given in "billing name" at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer's bank account
* Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by LifestyleMegamart, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.
 
Note : Refunds not claimed/responded within 15 Days will be cancelled and the amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
 

How long will the refund process take ?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 3 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.
