The shipping charges we collect are freight charges. The custom duties/taxes are not a part of shipping charges and is usually decided by your local government. We have no control over the same.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at email@example.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact. Customized products cannot be returned on the basis of measurement issues. It can only be altered according to your charges. We shall act on it within 48 hrs.
